The concierge service I receive from Jeri is excellent and has been for 7 years!! Her knowledge, skill and expertise is untouched by anyone in the Lake Norman/Charlotte area. We have progressed to a combo of extensions and a lightweight semi permanent topper after major hair thinning from Covid and a hormonal imbalance, (I sleep, shower and swim in this topper) and absolutely LOVE the ease and natural appearance all while my scalp can still breathe.
